Dr. Bello is originally from Caracas, Venezuela where he grew up and completed medical school at the Central University of Venezuela.
Shortly after completing medical school he started his internship in General Surgery at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA to then move to Hershey, PA where he completed his General Surgery Residency and also a subspecialty on Bariatric and Minimally Invasive Surgery at Penn State Hershey Medical Center.
He currently dedicate his time to the treatment and long term management of obesity, helping patients reverse its negative effects on health and achieve a better quality of life.
